E' costituita una libera Associazione senza fini di lucro denominata "Registro Internazionale Alfa Romeo 6C 2500".
A free and non-profit-making Association denominated the "Registro Internazionale Alfa Romeo 6C2500" is hereby constituted.

Art. 2 - Scopo sociale / Art. 2 - The Purpose of the Association
L'Associazione riunisce su base intemazionale i proprietari e gli studiosi di vetture Alfa Romeo dei tipi 6C 2300B / 6C 2500 e ha lo scopo di favorire la conoscenza, la conservazione e l'uso di tali vetture. A tali fini saranno apprestati incontri, raduni, pubblicazioni e servizi di interesse comune.
The Association brings together on an international basis owners of and experts on Alfa Romeo motor cars of the types 6C 2300B and 6C 2500 and its aim is to encourage the knowledge of as well as the preservation and use of the aforementioned vehicles. To this end the Association shall organize meetings, rallies, publications and services of common interest. |

Art. 6 - Soci fondatori / Art. 6 - Founder Members
Sono Soci fondatori tutti coloro che hanno partecipato all'assemblea costitutiva tenuta in Premenugo di Settala il 25 Settembre 1994: coloro che, avendo aderito in data immediatamente successiva, sono menzionati nell'atto costitutivo qui allegato.
I Soci fondatori hanno gli stessi diritti e doveri dei Soci effettivi e sono pertanto tenuti al versamento della quota associativa annuale.
The Founder Members are all those who took part in the constituent assembly held at Premenugo di Settala on the 25th of Semptember 1994 and those who, having joined immediately thereafter, are mensioned in the memorandum of association enclosed with this present document.
Founder Members have the same rights and duties as active Members and must therefore pay the annual membership fee. |

Art. 7 - Soci effettivi / Art. 7 - Active Members
Possono divenire Soci effettivi dell'Associazione i proprietari o studiosi riconosciuti delle vetture Alfa Romeo 6C 2300B / 6C 2500. Essi si impegnano al versamento di una quota annuale e verranno dichiarati decaduti qualora risultino morosi oltre i termini fìssati dal Tesoriere. Gli aspiranti Soci dovranno presentare domanda per iscritto.
Qualora entro 60 giorni non pervengano opposizioni motivate da parte di membri del Comitato dei delegati di area, la loro associazione decorrerà dalla data di ricevimento della quota associativa.
Those who possess or are recognized experts on Alfa Romeo 6C 2300B or 6C 2500 cars may become active Members. They shall undertake to pay the yearly fees and their membership shall be declared expired should the said fees remain unpaid beyond the term established by the Treasurer. Aspiring Members must make a written request to join the Association.
If a period of 60 days should pass without any objections (complete with grounds) having been received by the Members of the Committee of Local Chairmen, then their membership shall begin as from receipt of the membership fee. |

Art. 8 - Soci onorari / Art. 8 - Honorary Members
Il Comitato dei Delegati di area ha facoltà di nominare Soci onorari persone insigni connesse con la storia dei modelli Alfa Romeo 6C 2300B / 6C 2500 o particolarmente benemerite nei confronti dell'Associazione. La qualifica di Socio onorario è vitalizia, non conferisce diritto di voto e non comporta il versamento della quota associativa.
The Committee of Local Chairmen is empowered to nominate as Honorary Members any distinguished persons connected with the history of Alfa Romeo 6C2500 and 6C2300B or who may have served the Association well. Honorary membership shall be for life, does not confer voting rights and is exempt from payment of the membership fee. |

Art. 9 - Presidente onorario / Art. 9 - Honorary President
E' istituita la figura del Presidente onorario, con funzioni di ispiratore morale dell'attività dell'Associazione e di moderatore (chairman) delle riunioni del Comitato dei Delegati di area. La carica è vitalizia ed è esente dal versamento della quota associativa. All'atto della costituzione è stato nominato Carlo Felice Bianchi Anderloni.
The figure of Honorary President is hereby constituted and his role shall be to act as a source of moral inspiration regarding the activities of the Association and as moderator (chairman) of the meetings of the Committee of Local Chairmen. The post carries life tenure and is exempl from payment of the membership fee. The constituent assembly has nominated Carlo Felice Bianchi Anderloni for this post. |

Art. 11 - Delegati di area / Art. 11 - Local Chairmen
I Delegati di area (uno per nazione o per area omogenea interessata dalla presenza di collezionisti di vetture 6C 2300B / 6C 2500) sono indicati dai Soci dell'area di provenienza secondo modalità elettive stabilite localmente. Restano in carica un triennio e possono essere riconfermati nell'incarico.
Local Chairmen (one per country or per homogeneous area wherein collectors of 6C 2300B and 6C 2500 cars have their residence*) shall be elected by Members in the area of provenance in accordance with election procedures to be established locally. Local Chairmen shall be elected for three years and may be re-elected thereafter. |

Art. 12 - Poteri dei Delegati di area / Art. 12 - Powers of Chapter Representatives
Il Comitato dei Delegati di area svolge le funzioni di Direzione dell'Associazione e decide a maggioranza semplice le questioni di ordinaria amministrazione. Le decisioni saranno valide quando abbiano partecipato al voto almeno i 2/3 dei componenti del Comitato. In caso di parità prevarrà l'arbitrato del Presidente onorario, il quale è tuttavia privo di voto proprio. La maggioranza qualificata dei 2/3 dei votanti è richiesta per la designazione del Coordinatore del Comitato, per la cooptazione di nuovi componenti del Comitato e per eventuali provvedimenti disciplinari nei confronti dei Soci.
The Committee of Local Chairmen shall see to the running of the Association aftd shall decide on day to day administrative matters by majority decision. Decisions shall be deemed valid when a quorum of at least 2/3rds of the Committee has cast a vote. In the case of a tie the casting vote shall be that of the Honorary President, who is otherwise devoid of voting rights. A 2/3rds majority of qualified electors shall be required for the designation of the Committee Coordinator, for the co-opting of new Committee Members and for any disciplinary measures that may have to be taken with regard to Members. |

Art. 13 - Coordinatore del Comitato / Art. 13 - The Coordinator of the Committee
Il Comitato dei Delegati di area elegge tra i propri membri un Coordinatore con compito di curare le attività centrali di segreteria generale, favorire le comunicazioni tra i membri del Comitato e armonizzare le attività di area. Il Coordinatore dura in carica un triennio e può essere riconfermato.
The Committee of Local Chairmen shall elect from among its own members a Coordinator who shall carry out the duties of general secretary, encourage communications between the Members of the Committee, and coordinate local activities. The Coordinator's period of office shall last three years, upon the expiry of which he may be re-elected. |

Art. 14 - Tesoriere / Art. 14 - The Treasurer
Il tesoriere dell'Associazione è persona di fiducia del Comitato, scelta tra i Soci effettivi. Partecipa con voto consultivo alle decisioni del Comitato e dura in carica un triennio. Può essere riconfermato in carica allo scadere del mandato. Il Tesoriere cura l'incasso delle quote associative, amministra il patrimonio dell'Associazione secondo gli indirizzi del Comitato e provvede al pagamento delle spese approvate dal Coordinatore del Comitato stesso. Il Tesoriere è tenuto alla redazione di un rendiconto secondo le norme amministrative e fiscali previste per le libere associazioni.
The Association Treasurer shall be a person in whom the Committee reposes its trust, chosen from the active Members. He shall hold an advisory vote in the decisions |

Art 15 - Gratuità degli incarichi / Art. 15 - Honorary Posts
Tutte le cariche dell'Associazione sono assunte dai Soci a titolo onorario e non potranno dar luogo a remunerazione.
All the posts of responsibility held within the Association shall be assumed by Members on an honorary basis and are not therefore subject to remuneration. |

Art. 16 - Entrate e patrimonio / Art. 16 - Revenue and assets
Le entrate dell'Associazione sono costituite dalle quote associative, da donazioni, lasciti ed eventuali sopravvenienze attive delle attività sociali. Eventuali avanzi di cassa verranno devoluti nell'esercizio seguente a iniziative conformi agli scopi sociali. In caso di scioglimento dell'Associazione eventuali residui attivi verranno devoluti in beneficienza.
The revenues of the Association shall comprise membership fees, donations, bequests and any contingent assets deriving from the activities of the Association. Any such contingent assets shall be carried forward to the next business year and used for initiatives in conformity with the aims of the Association. In the event of the dissolution of the Association, any residual funds shall be handed over to charity. |
