On the 27th and 28th of May, the celebrations for the 40th anniversary of the Alfa Romeo Spider were held in Milan; The Registro 6c2500 was present with the surprising number of 10 cars, covering about 30 years of the Alfa Romeo history: from the 6c 2300 Spider to the la 2600 spider touring of the Sixties, displaying many models of 6c2500 , 1900 and Giuliettas.
 There were many exciting moments at the gathering, like when the cars crossed Milan escorted by police cars to the presentation to the public in Piazza del Duomo, where our cars reaped great success.
The event then continued in Orta S. Giulio, where a gala dinner was held. On the Sunday we drove to the Alfa Romeo Museum, where the cars were awarded prizes at the prize-giving ceremony and the Registro Internazionale 6c2500 was honoured with a marvellous sculture as the biggest club taking part in the event.
 Of particular significance was the presence of three 6c2500 Spider Pininfarina, of the particular 6c 2500 Spider Ghia and, above all, of the splendid 6c 2500 Touring Aerlux driver by a female team. |
